tathagata's horoscope:basic nature is signs of moon, mercury, sun moon sign – libra mercury sign – pisces sun sign – pisces basically you are combination of Libra/Pisces/Pisces : study these signs. Linda goodman's “Sun Signs” will give you a good picture of them, but practically any book on astrology will do. Browse around! More advanced and difficult are books like Transpersonal Astrology (finding the soul's purpose) by Errol Weiner, Esoteric Astrology by Alice Bailey, etc. understanding the teachings of astrology could be a lifelong task. My site sites.google.com/site/astrologyofrelationships explains what the potentials of various relationships are, and also shows why a relationship with oneself can never be complete. In terms of that site, the following applies to you: (a) you are incomplete for lack of the Fixed Quality (sustaining, maintaining, running=managing, stability, stamina); should therefore seek a partner or companion with that quality; (b) energy flows from your sun and mercury into your moon, where it stagnates. That causes unhappiness. Your Pisces Sun and Mercury are drained and lack nourishment . These flows put you in the less self-sufficient and independent 25% of people. However, a partner or companion with earth and fire would nourish your sun and Mercury and increase energy flows all round, supplying the two elements you miss. My site just mentioned also goes into the astrology of genius (see page “the gastrology papers” as does my site sites.google.com/site/astrologyarticles . I f you want to see how these articles apply to you, you will need a detailed copy of your natal chart. To get that, join astro.com (the best site on astrology) where you can get a free print-out of your chart (just follow their instructions. After clicking on free Horoscopes, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose Extended Chart Selection. Proceed as directed. You need to register if you want a print-out, which you do. Registration is free and definitely worth the trouble. Consult me if you get stuck). You can also learn a lot more about astrology on this site, if interested. (- green area for general benefit of members...) Wow, this is some horoscope! Pluto-Mercury genius of the first order! Check article 3 particularly... Pluto is most potent force and source in the heavens when it comes to genius... genius of any or all types, including creative. The Uranus-Venus trine with d=0.9° gives great creativity and productivity of harmonious nature. The exact Venus-Moon trine (d=0.2°) gives intense Venusian sense of beauty, harmony and love. Very good for singers. Other sides of astrology we can examine are your sun-moon phase, your north node, and the detailed positions of your planets (the degree as well as the sign). But that's enough to be going on with.

thanks for doing that, whats does it tell you...how does it fit into your world view? tath, I don't quite get what you are asking. Not sure what you mean by "it" - could you explain please. Do you mean what does your horoscope tell me, or are you asking how my activity in doing this squares with my world view, or are you meaning something else?

How does the activity fit into your worldview...I'm interested in the point of view of someone who has spent a lot of time on the subject.
As per my auspicious signs of genius lol.
Could alway sing well...and can see music as colors like some of the great composers...but my life's work has been on understanding the nature of mind and source and true nature...I've been blessed with some success in these endeavors.
I think everyone has a kind of superpower whether they find it or not lol
I.e. something they have a genius level talent in...mine has always had to do with seeing the big picture of how all the parts fit together to form the macro...and the mind, sometimes I feel like I can almost read people's minds, especially there unconscious minds, and see what is making them tick...I see clearly how the mind moves and shapes...that's my thing I guess.

I've always been fascinated to know how things work. Science taught me that most things have causes that can be fairly easily grasped. Once I came upon astrology, it blew my mind with how one could link people to their horoscopes, a process that seemed totally irrational to me.
It still blows my mind when I walk along the street, get a hunch about some stranger I see - from their gait, from the colours they are wearing, from their elegance, from the impression they create on me - a hunch so strong that I feel compelled to accost them and ask their sun signs... (the sun is connected with outward manifestations, that's why it's easier to guess from appearances)... these hunches are nearly always (say 90%) correct, and yet still every time it happens my rational mind is just as shocked and astounded as ever. These experiences are indelibly engraved in my memory. Can you see why I should want to investigate astrology? Also, the study of astrology involves the study of people and might increase one's understanding of people.
Re your horoscope, where you say
"seeing the big picture of how all the parts fit together to form the macro."
- Pisces is regarded as having understanding of all the 12 signs, supposedly having gone through experiences in all the other signs. So you could put all the parts of human society together to form a conceptual unity. Whereas another sign might lack understanding of some other signs, and thus always be at a loss to understand society as a whole.
"The proper study of mankind is man" and without proper understanding of people, other understanding such as of one's own spiritual states has little relevance to the affairs of the world. (imo!)

The name of your Libra Moon (based on its precise degree in Libra) is one of the following three:
1. Athletic. (Physically active, usually intelligent, but may not balance the physical and mental activity. Chopin Moon, Dollfuss Sun.)
2. Balance. (Methodical, deep thinker, has patience to listen, study and evaluate factors before making up mind. Truman NNode, Halley Mars, Mansfield Sun.)
3. Outspoken. (Frank, open, intelligent. Lack of tact may obscure motives. Ford Saturn.) --------------------------
The name of your Pisces Mercury is one of the following three:
1. Karmic. (Strong in the forming of character and shape of the life. Given to events which make the subject and others wonder why they happened. Bacon, Poe Venus, Dollfuss Moon, William James Saturn.)
2. Opinionated. (Sure of what he thinks but not always sure of why he thinks it. Dogmatic tendency good where it does not misdirect others. Alcott Jupiter, Freud Neptune, Montaigne Sun, Bette Davis Mercury.)
3. Victorious. (Work and ideas apt to triumph, whether right or wrong. They catch the imagination of others, and are developed from there.) -----------------------------
The name of your Pisces Sun is one of the following three:
1. Advanced. (Warm, sympathetic, tends to be ahead of his time and his associates. Franklin Moon, Edison Saturn.)
2. Truth. (Seeks and works for truth and fair play. Usually open and honest, they expect others to be also. Lincoln & Darwin Jupiter, Rooseveldt Neptune.)
3. Unsteady. (One who waxes and wanes, blows hot and cold, seldom stays on one tack for long. Easily swayed by others, sometimes seeks refuge in drugs or alcohol. Mozart Uranus.) ------------------------------------
I though I'd give you the opportunity to try and guess which name applies to your degree in each case, if you'd find that fun. Want to give it a go? All the sets of 3 are confined to actual names of degrees in your actual sign - I haven't mixed up alternatives from differing signs. I've included your true degree in each set, and added the other degrees by adding ten and twenty degrees to your degree, and then presented the three names in alphabetical order for each planet.

Yours is 1, 3, 2. Rather nice I'd say - could have been a lot worse!
The division into 360 degrees, each a distinct psychological name (type), is unmatched in any system of psychology. As Moon, Mercury and Sun are of equal importance in delineation of the basic self, we already have 360x360x360 combinations.
Chinese astrology offers only the basic type-list of 12 animals, applied to several parameters (year, day, month), plus another list of 28 "animals for each day of a 28-day cycle, giving about 12x12x12x28 combinations.
Mayan astrology comes next with 20 different "seals" x 13 different "tones" as basic combinations.
As with all dogmas in astrology, each case has to be examined openly and critically to assess its usefulness to the subject. And in the final reckoning that's up to the subject, rather than the interpreter.
I think the most valuable part of these exercises is that it focuses our attention on our own qualities, a great help on the path of "knowing thyself".
I presume the other members interested in astrology will read this, and will they please let me know if they want to know their names, or if they want to be given the chance of guessing them first. (I always find it interesting to see how well subjects do in this: some have been astoundingly successful in guessing practically all their names correctly! (But maybe, being within metres of me, they could read my mind!).
I have taken you first, tatha, which seems fair as you have taken the most interest.

In boot camp in the amry i always got a 300 out of 300 on the physical training tests....Am 40 now and have more aches and pains lol... But I still find that life is smoother when staying fit.
Victorious: that fits with my professional career... I was and sometimes still am a consultant... It's always been easy to get folks to to follow my ideas and to get the "big deal" closed.
Truth: it was the search for truth that shaped my life.... And I've always been an advocate of balance and harmony... Exchange those words for FairPlay and its a good match lol

- Showing the soul's purpose. Is it:
1. Expounding. Is not afraid of his ideas nor to offer them up for examination and criticism from others. Edison Sun, Spengler Moon, Lamb Mercury, Dewey Venus, Brahms Uranus.
2. Expression. Expresses self vividly in word and deed. Never at a loss to do so in his own element. Menuhin Sun, Mozart Saturn.
3. Lilting. One for whom co-ordination and the rhythms and flow of life have a 'lilting' quality. Kreisler, Heifetz, Gable Sun; Franklin Mercury ; Blavatsky Uranus.
